How cancellations and rescheduling work.
Big Idea Assemblies Atlanta - operating as Big Idea Entertainment Atlanta LLC - holds crew time and equipment for your date from the moment you book. Our policy is built to be fair both ways: it protects that held time while giving your school real flexibility. Schools and districts book on a purchase order, so no deposit is taken and nothing is due before your assembly date. - Schools and districts book on a purchase order. No deposit is taken, so there is nothing to forfeit.
- 14 or more days before your date: cancel for any reason at no charge.
- Inside 14 days: reschedule to another date at no charge. If you cancel outright rather than reschedule, a $100 cancellation fee applies.
- If your school or district closes the building - weather, emergency or a district decision - no fee applies. We reschedule, or cancel with nothing owed.
- Assembly programs run indoors, so weather does not affect whether we can deliver your date. A closure at your end is covered by the line above.
